Stallholder Registration

Join us and become a Concord Farmers Market stallholder. You may register your interest online using the form below or download and print the Stallholder Application form. You should also familiarise yourself with the Market Rules and Market Safety Procedures linked below. Also review Canada Bay Council temporary stall requirements plus Cleaning & Sanitising in Food Business. Public and Product Liability is essential.

Grower/Producer Information

Please list all products to be sold at CFM in each category:

All products grown, reared, caught on producers land.
eg: Fruit, vegetables, eggs, meat, etc

Anyone processing or adding value.
eg: cheese, wine, cakes, oils, etc

Prepared, ready to eat food

List all current producers and products for which you are an agent.
Stall Requirements (3m x 3m)

Do you require power?

Do you require your car, van or truck to be located behind or next to your stall?

Please enter details where relevant. A copy of the Insurance / certificates and Registrations will need be produced before the application can be approved.

Concord Rotary annual registration fee for stallholders (due for renewal 1st July each year)$50
Canada Bay Council annual registration fee for all stallholders (due for renewal 1st July each year)$55
Market stall fee - 1 stall (3m x 3 m)$60
Market stall fee - 2 stalls (3m x 3m)$110
Market stall fee - 3 stalls (3m x 3m)$160
Public liability insurance per market (if you do not have your own current up to date insurance policy)$6
Fees to be paid by bank transfer, cash or cheque

All equipment must be appropriately licenced.
Preference in allocation of stalls will be given to permanent stallholders (those attending twice per month).


Where possible, long term stallholders will be offered a regular site.

New stallholders and casuals must expect to be moved around. Preference in allocation of stalls will be given to permanent stallholders.
